...ects one resource is doing 12-14 hours works . A lot of mismanagement is there . 2- They Don't give much Salary Hikes / Appraisals to loyal experienced people , but will hire freshers with more salary then even 3-4 years of experience of employees . 3- Some projects have on-call system in which they have to work even on weekends , i.e Saturday and Sunday , but are not paid for this extra work .

Good Managers and Team lead On time salary, no variable in CTC Excellent work life balance. Good company culture.

Old technology stack in few projects. Monotonous work. Learning is very limited or sometimes nil. Salary hike is average.

Worst company ever to work with. In the first place they don't want to give you package even according to market standards and somehow if they manage to give you that they just expect from you to work like robots the whole life and take full advantage of your time and current covid19 situations and just take excuse that performance is not up to the mark to fire you. Work culture is worst as there is no motivation at all and when you raise the same concern with manager or HR, they are always like that this is normal and try to demotivate you at the same time. I will never suggest anyone to join here.

Dislikes

Whatever I have described above because there is nothing to like in this company and also they call theirselves employee friendly but that is not true even a single percent. Do not come in their trap. They just take advantage of your situation and fire you.
