...more than 2 years. You will enjoy this organisation if you are liking your work. Very good Compensation, Job security, 35 rupee coupons which are equivalent to 110 rupees in the vicinity, annual bonus(25K-35K approx), subsidised cab facility,breakfast, snacks, trainings. The management is excellent , I have never met such managers. You may or may not get a very good work but nobody will stop you doing your automations or whatever you want to do.

Dislikes

To be honest I am just writing this because many people feel most of the good comments are from Organization itself. Just let the new joinees know the exact designation (example Beginner, Experienced, Advance) at which he/she is joining because its bit confusing when you see the designation for 1 year experienced guy and an 6 year experienced is same(which is not the case).

1. Low compensation compare to market standards. 2. Not all department working on latest technology.

Good Exposure to corporate culture and international teams and cultures. Good and professional people. HR and Activities, webinars, and learning portals/sessions for any topic or passion are held regularly.

... ( one week in a month or 2 week in a month could be the duration of on-call ) Compensation for the on-calls is not given.

...or Tier 2. Never ever choose amdocs. Even if it gives you 15 Lpa for grad level. That is very basic pay also for tier 1.

Company used to be fun, HR policies were emplyee centric. From past one year this is changing still food fun activities and outing are a plus.

Dislikes

Management is worse and manipulative.No hikes and bonus and the process is not at all transparent. Work life balance depends on project to project but mostly the work culture is becoming toxic where the employee is expected to work on weeeknds and after work hours with no incentives.There is no incentives and the company is implementing cost cutting more than it should implement new technology.Feshers should not be blinded with reels on food and gifts posted on social media, all of it is a gimmick and far from reality.
