Dislikes

Back office (BC) - GL and TL rude behaviour. Toxic environment. GL force to work 10 to 15 hrs. GL and TL not listening employee issue. They set work target for new employee or experience same. For new joinner GL want to train any process within 1 month and start working 2nd month with 100% efficiency and 3rd month you need to work like 4-5 experience with 150% or 200% efficiency. GL They not wait to improve target.

All US evening shift. TL is the last post, after that only manager post. If manager is good with u then u r in your dream job, if not then whatever you work he will never satisfy, only fault will b found.

Sometimes we fill compensation and benefits are not good for non IT people as compared to IT . I understand CORE IT people deserve more but this gap is huge .

Dislikes

There is no transparency in apprecial process, no work life balance and skill is last thing to be cosider. HR is very pathetic. Most unsecured company in terms of job security
