I liked everything about amdocs .Your mentor,colleagues ,manager team mates every one is so supporting and encouraging and the perks they provide on a business trip are commendable!! I would really recommend amdocs to every one and joining amdocs was one of my best decision in my career.

...or Tier 2. Never ever choose amdocs. Even if it gives you 15 Lpa for grad level. That is very basic pay also for tier 1.

Company used to be fun, HR policies were emplyee centric. From past one year this is changing still food fun activities and outing are a plus.

Dislikes

Management is worse and manipulative.No hikes and bonus and the process is not at all transparent. Work life balance depends on project to project but mostly the work culture is becoming toxic where the employee is expected to work on weeeknds and after work hours with no incentives.There is no incentives and the company is implementing cost cutting more than it should implement new technology.Feshers should not be blinded with reels on food and gifts posted on social media, all of it is a gimmick and far from reality.

Nothing to like here. Favorism on peak. Management is bad.

Dislikes

Salary hike and bonus are only applicable for favourite employee. Good employee will only get work pressure. Managers are running this company as their baaps company. They are thinking like they are god. Overall its a very bad company to work.
