Not much but few are impressive like 1. Parent company TotalEnergies has better feedback process, but actions usually not implemented by local management. 2. Products are too good compared to competitors.

...-life balance not possible 4. Poor leadership team 5. Too much cost savings 6. Increased Responsibilities (almost double) but 0% percent salary hike. 7. Annual review and salary increment are independent. fixed hike decided by corporate. No matter how much effort you put compared to others everyone get same. 8. No recognition and rewards even if your performance is outstanding. 9. Promotions are for name sake only as they do not come with increments, but your Responsibilities grow almost double.

All are from. India who maximum does put their mind in. Pulling aomeone else leg. When i was working there was mo worklife balanve and promotion based on performanve. Only based on how you take buvketa in your hand will decide your performance. Otnalli sooli maklu managemwnt avru. Now major buckets are terminated and atill termination liat ia too much because there arw too many.

Unethical work culture, no value for employees, always unilateral decisions (top management will hear only on one side),slavery, totally jungle raj. Always one should bow down to manager or else you will be targetted and tortured. HR is only for name sake and no actions if you prove with plenty of objective evidences also.
