Company owner they are Good in nature wise and all other things. For learning purpose this company was Good. Freshers can start their career from this company. I got some good colleague but they resign earlier.

Ambica's work environment is toxic, plagued by internal politics within and outside the HR and IT department. Unrealistic expectations and favoritism prevail. While the company presents itself as innovative, its culture is detrimental to employee . People are like too much toxic and judgemental in other and also within department they judge you based on your past activities not your efforts. One more thing Seniors is like I don't know some of senior they have Which filter they are put in naukri.com and hire them. They don't know the way of talking way of behaving too out team members and juniors. And knowledge level I can't say.

Higher Management is very Supportive specially Director of the Company. Healthy Working Culture. Company also provide support to enhance their learning and skills. And also provide the paid trainings to the employees.

Helper or Operator logo ki kadra nahi hai contract pe rakhte hai or kabhi bhi nikal dete hai HR wala ar production wale ekdam faltu hai esko kaam or baat krana bilkul nahi aata hai rahne ki jagah ekdam faltu hai aache log yaha se kaam se nikal dete hai Is company ko aacha kam karne walo ki kadra nahi hai enko bevkoof banane wale log hi pasand hai

I feel comfortable with my job, company environment so good, All seniors behaviour good for all employees and I have spend lots of time around 8 year in here, it's a example for company good review.

Not working for old Employees growths so, lots of employees drops there jobs and go to other company.

Job security is good, for most of the profiles work pressure is moderate.

Culture of the company is disastrous. In the early years you will not be given any responsibility, you will be roaming around like nobody, no training will be provided, only false promise's. overall management intentionally waste your time so that when you think about to switch the company,U can't because u won't get enough knowledge as u are supposed to be for time u wasted in the company. And one more thing, they won't put u in the right place too, intentionally.
