Company owner they are Good in nature wise and all other things. For learning purpose this company was Good. Freshers can start their career from this company. I got some good colleague but they resign earlier.

Dislikes

Ambica's work environment is toxic, plagued by internal politics within and outside the HR and IT department. Unrealistic expectations and favoritism prevail. While the company presents itself as innovative, its culture is detrimental to employee . People are like too much toxic and judgemental in other and also within department they judge you based on your past activities not your efforts. One more thing Seniors is like I don't know some of senior they have Which filter they are put in naukri.com and hire them.
