Ambica's work environment is toxic, plagued by internal politics within and outside the HR and IT department. Unrealistic expectations and favoritism prevail. While the company presents itself as innovative, its culture is detrimental to employee . People are like too much toxic and judgemental in other and also within department they judge you based on your past activities not your efforts.
