...is, if you plan to leave the company on time, you're seriously looked down upon. Also, the pay scale of the company is really poor.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

To work with amber group its like dream comes true for any engineer specially mechanical engineer, the work enviroment is superior and overall the senior and teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

I am trainee mechanical engineer in mantinance department. The only issue is once I completed my training, then what next they will put me on company pay role or not.

Good place to learning and get experience because company wants to take more and more work against the employee salary.

Dislikes

While moving forward to next assignment means after resignation, company HR treatment as a criminal. Who did crime of resignation and they make employee suffer for his documentation and F&F. Very poor response after resignation even after employee served there 10 years also.
