The work culture can improve a bit. Entertainment at work place is a must. Ambattur can work on that. Leaves and holidays can also be taken into concern of the employees. Employee benefits are very poor. Increment % is also poor.

I dislike the groupism, favouritism and favourism depending on your religion followed by the upper most management. There is nothing new to learn. The Top management and culture of the company will make you a postman. Firing of individual happens by drop of a hat. Owners of the company have a topical "Ostrich attitude" The Vice Presidents in this company can be found cheap as " Dime a Dozen" main job of these Vice Presidents are to do "Regular Recap" Using Bad Language by Vice-presidents will qualify for committing violation all labour laws ...I wonder why Government and Buyers don't look into plight of office staff.

Too much of politics, if they don't like you, they will put you under immense pressure so that you will run away. Further, my own experience is too bad that my manager didn't forward my resignation to the HR, and the HR is asking why you left the company without information. When I tried to explain that I submitted my resignation properly and left the company giving proper handover, the HR was not ready to hear me out, also after I left, they blammed me for all the missed PCD's including the styles which I was not even handling.

100 % job security and good Culture . Felt like family during work timings. Less innovation and had a good training.

Dislikes

Team mates Good except few. No career growth and learning. Work environment was very nice.
