The leadership is disgusting. They release IJP/CIP (career internship program) without proper decision making capability and uses their employees to suck all energies and then at the end of the review cycle they will tell that the IJP CIP role is no longer valid

The work culture is positive, and the work-life balance is fine.

Dislikes

...any does not have the scope of role at the next level. Hence, can't promote you. You may get stuck at the same salary for years if you are at earning the maximum at your level. Dedicated and high performing employees lose motivation at work and that spoils the overall experience of the employee.

The pay and perks are good, benefits like insurance could be better.

My vertical’s environment got toxic over a period of three years and nobody wants to do anything about it. Don’t know about the other verticals at Amazon.

The only thing good here is salary and other perks are better than other companies

Very strict login timings. 10hrs shift making no sense of 5day work week. Internal politics in promotions. It is based on tenure and not on the amount of work you are doing

Pramotion are totally dependent on reletion with top leadership. The people who don't have knowledge about your field are responsible for deciding about your growth.
