I joined on sep 2020 as a contractual employee but due to god grace got converted to permanent employee during 2020 21 the work culture the management level was good but slowly things got changed.

...No promotions i’m working as customer support associate for almost 4 years No proper salary hike Managerial level people will make us work as a robot Work life balance is gone because the shift gets changed on monthly basis We are forced to work overtime and extra time during peak days will get extra payment but its very difficult to work as the call flow will be high and no time for us to take rest

Worst place to work. You will not get any appraisal or promotion. Also 70-80% of your salary will be lesser than your expectation or promise. ZERO WORK LIFE BALANCE, YOU'LL NOT EVEN GET TIME FOR YOURSELF.

The work culture, support of manager, salary benefits everything is good with amazon.

The only thing I did not like is to make people who work well for company leave in the name of contract based job. Atleast they might consider the performance and give an opportunity to get permanent so that they can grow in career.

1. The pay here in Kolkata for the associates is not very good. 2. The amount of work each one of us do on a single day, doesn't justify the salary we get. 3. Promotions are nightmare. 4. Politics in the workplace exists. 5. But overall it is good to work with Amazon as it is completely work from home.

... affect our employment Completely dissatisfied with the performance analysis During peak time managers will pressure us to do ot(we will get double pay) During peak the call flow will be like we don’t even get proper time to take a breath it will be heavy back to back calls and managers will assign some breaks for us we cannot take breaks as per the schedule
