Low job satisfaction Fixed 9 hour shift but you will not get few min to stand in between. Stressful work culture Very low job security. If you are good performer but had 2 bad weeks then it’s time to board on 1st ladder of good-bye Meeting hectic daily targets is the only goal Less promotions Targets are increased monthly/quarterly Zero flexibility Too much micromanagement Decisons are taken not considering about employees

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Lack of career growth, no skill development opportunities. Only way to get promotion is by doing a minimum of 4 projects/process improvements. No recognition for the smaller teams and its members.

senior managers need a target every year to terminate, no work ethics they do not know what KPI is and measured if 15 team members is there and all meet their targets which is productivity, no errors etc however is last in the stack is put on PIP Which is not ideal for the end user Scorecards that cannot be automated by the l4 manager is considered as a negative point and the manager is removed from the company
