Dislikes

...then which eventually maximise work load on you and impact work life harmony. Salary is not at all closer to the amount of work done by an individual. More emphasis on project and MORE deliverables over and above to core responsibilities. Office politics is absolutely at high level. No rest on weekends. People will give you indirect work which you can deny.
