First they say they will make you permanent based on business requirement andd performance and make you work like fools and remove you , we know it is a six month contractual role but putting hopes for permanency based on performance is not true,

festive goodies, 2 days week off, night shift allowance and bonus for working on holidays/extra-time

Dislikes

no fixed team, no fixed shift and week-offs, lack of authoritativeness for work, problem with leaves, poor salary, poor job security if you are someone who only wants a competitive salary at the cost of your mental health, you may certainly go for it!

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

senior managers need a target every year to terminate, no work ethics they do not know what KPI is and measured if 15 team members is there and all meet their targets which is productivity, no errors etc however is last in the stack is put on PIP Which is not ideal for the end user Scorecards that cannot be automated by the l4 manager is considered as a negative point and the manager is removed from the company

Contractual job bulk hire only to insult the people in need and barely pays anything, people here are worst and care least about new employees because they know very well they will be kicking you out in 2-3 months itself. NO JOB SECURITY OR PAY. I HAVE 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND WAS OFFERED 2.89 LPA ONLY . Worst , please avoid joining this company , bigger the name worst it is.

Everything is bad the whole name Amazon is of no use , they only degrade indians and employees they bring in as contractual ones .
