Good Salary and job satisfaction

Being in a non tech role, they judge employees by how fast you do the job. Even if you provide more volume of work at the end of the day only the person who worked fast (even for 1 hr) is given the credit. Constantly have to micromanage yourself by using timesheets. Rank system like school (horrible system which made me clinically depressed) Have to put more than 8 hrs a day of work to even be considered for promotion

Work life balance and culture and not much pressure. Salary is okay not that great

Dislikes

If you join this job once you quit there are very few like may be less than 5 companies who hire based on this experience. So think twice before joining. Meaningless and monotonous work everyday. No career growth as there are around 5000+ employees only for compliance.

The work culture is great and there is job security.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike but the compensation and benefits could be better. They are a lot better compared to most companies however, I've seen competitors in the market offer more benefits and salaries for similar roles.

Company work culture, flexibility sometimes it becomes micro managed but overall very satisfying and can enrich knowledge in any platform.

Dislikes

Apart from engineering role the compensation for other roles should be increased i feel but no such cons. Extremely satisfying 😊

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low
