...ooks fine. Slowly and gradually you will feel like being captured in spider net. You will join thinking that they are offering better salary but you end up overworking without OT to save your job. Or getting promoted. Their expectations will keep on increasing with your increment either you end up your job or move to another team or get promoted. Bachelors only job. Poor work culture. Leadership is 0 intrested to correct it. Reason is well understood more work for less paid. A win win Situation for them. No one could anything. People don't speak up to save their job. Even someone speaks things will be sorted in one o one whatever level you escalate. You will end up as a fool in end.

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Pay is good for freshers and a good place to start your career.

Dislikes

Lack of career growth, no skill development opportunities. Only way to get promotion is by doing a minimum of 4 projects/process improvements. No recognition for the smaller teams and its members.

senior managers need a target every year to terminate, no work ethics they do not know what KPI is and measured if 15 team members is there and all meet their targets which is productivity, no errors etc however is last in the stack is put on PIP Which is not ideal for the end user Scorecards that cannot be automated by the l4 manager is considered as a negative point and the manager is removed from the company

Contractual job bulk hire only to insult the people in need and barely pays anything, people here are worst and care least about new employees because they know very well they will be kicking you out in 2-3 months itself. NO JOB SECURITY OR PAY. I HAVE 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND WAS OFFERED 2.89 LPA ONLY . Worst , please avoid joining this company , bigger the name worst it is.

Everything is bad the whole name Amazon is of no use , they only degrade indians and employees they bring in as contractual ones .
