Work life balance is zero. One has to work indefinitely prolonged work hours and weekends as well to sustain. This job is for some one who could devote completely to this job. Keeping aside your personal life health and family. In start everything thing looks fine. Slowly and gradually you will feel like being captured in spider net. You will join thinking that they are offering better salary but you end up overworking without OT to save your job. Or getting promoted. Their expectations will keep on increasing with your increment either you end up your job or move to another team or get promoted. Bachelors only job. Poor work culture. Leadership is 0 intrested to correct it. Reason is well understood more work for less paid. A win win Situation for them. No one could anything. People don't speak up to save their job.
