Working with amazon was best. Things didn't workout for me is for 2 reasons. 1) they need increase the package 2) should give fixed Saturday Sunday weekoff. 3) they should give the transportation amount to the employee if he or she is nt taking the transportation. Apart from above 3, it was best working with amazon

As i described in above box. Those 3 issues should be taken care of. Rest good to go

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Policy changes every week. Work life balance is zero. They want us to work on every single thing. No one there to listen to your issues. Everything is on autopilot mode. If someone is not getting any other job or is unemployed then Amazon is okay. Otherwise don't even think of joining.

Amazon is an employee friendly company with good salary for freshers. They have good leave policies as well.

Dislikes

For virtual employees working from the said location and not anywhere in India sounds weird. Also, discontinuing virtual opportunities.

...mpany to work with around the world. Piers are very very supportive and helpful. Growth opportunities are awesome and apart from salary there are many perks given to employees time to time.
