Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Pay is good for freshers and a good place to start your career.

Dislikes

Lack of career growth, no skill development opportunities. Only way to get promotion is by doing a minimum of 4 projects/process improvements. No recognition for the smaller teams and its members.

Work-life balance is good in Amazon.....once your office time gets over no one asks you what you're doing....you can start your work at anytime in a day within your allocated shift times but you have to make sure reaching daily Target that has for the process your in.

Dislikes

Salary structure is not great in Amazon if your joining in your earliest stage of career but if you're the one who joined Amazon after having experience in outer company and coming to Amazon with the higher pay scale then you will get to paid pretty good amount.

Nothing. The management right now in Amazon Retail is pathetic. They will deduct ur salary, stop ur promotions, stop the goodies, wont give u any work, will through u to any random team without caring about ur career growth. Dont waste ur time and future.

Amazon as an organization is very good but the management at the org level are pathetic.
