Leave policies are so great. Employees are entitled to n times of Covid leaves. For eg:- If one is positive 3 times, then they are entitled to 14 days' leave each time they had covid. This is so far the best policy in the entire industry.

Enjoyed working at Amazon, there was a lot of knowledge about online marketing in this company.

Dislikes

The policy of this company is very bad, the employee does not get salary at the right time and he who does not get the benefits and does not get the incentive.

Amazon is one of the best companies to work for, which provides you with best in class compensation, work life balance, work environment, management support. During COVID-19 situation, WFH has been issued till mid of January 2021, and even after that they have advised to only commute if possible to the office, along with that they are giving perks of office furniture reimbursement, internet reimbursement, without deducing the normal perks defined like food allowance.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Hello all, I am having difficulty connecting with people for jobs, have applied at Amazon, Deloitte, Wells Fargo, CITI etc via career page but it's been months and no response. And can't find much on Linkedin. I would really appreciate it if you guys can share any consultancy numbers based in Mumbai or their emails or if you can let me know about any vacancies in your company. I have worked in Icogz for 1 year 10 months as a Junior Python Developer, then I am recently working in Network Tech Lab as Software Engineer (Python) for 6 months. I have a total of 2.4 years of experience. My current CTC is 3 lpa. Complete graduation From Viva College Mumbai University. I live in Mumbai.( If that helps?)
