The overall leadership is least empathetic and don't really care about the subordinates. In time of crisis the people of lower levels will be sacrificed by managers for their own benefit.

...nces. I got so much support from my mangers, pa 's, ps ' s and my team members . Other than that I lije two things they are Transport facility and salary on 1st before and also my agency support

Amazon paid salary on time and no compromise over compliance. I like both things

Amazon is a very good company but Third party employees are not feel safe due to contracting and third party employees growth is very very low

Policy changes every week. Work life balance is zero. They want us to work on every single thing. No one there to listen to your issues. Everything is on autopilot mode. If someone is not getting any other job or is unemployed then Amazon is okay. Otherwise don't even think of joining.
