...any does not have the scope of role at the next level. Hence, can't promote you. You may get stuck at the same salary for years if you are at earning the maximum at your level. Dedicated and high performing employees lose motivation at work and that spoils the overall experience of the employee.

Everything - There is no work-life balance. Salary paid is very less and working load is of 3 times. Daily in huddles managers threaten employees about layoffs without any reason. Managers have targeting nature. They don't train you enough. If you haven't been at office due to health issues. They start thinking that you are not interested in job. Most importantly when parent had heart attack. They discuss about policies. 1st day I was told not to talk with anyone at workplace. They do micro-micro management. I guess this process managers are worst.

If I don't have buttering skills then job is at risk MY MANAGERS "nakara" & "akmarrm" FORCED ME TO RESIGN as I have become a victim of racism. Although becoming eligible for promotion from L3 to L4 they started playing game with my career as they wanted to forward someone else and not me. With people of these nature I strongly believe it never can be "Earth's best Employer". Wishing growth for Amazon as ever.

...ssion, also too much focused on transactional work. Less reward and recognition. Pay package needs revaluation as it remains same for 4 years once you join irrespective of expected performance.
