Should she delete her LinkedIn post or not?
Asking for a friend, Since last 3 months, she has been facing multiple issues including mental harassment by her manager at her workplace. She tried all official channels including reporting to the HR and even to the CEO eventually, but surprisingly, nothing happened. Infact, as a retaliation, she was put on PIP last month by here manager. So finally as a response to this continuous harassment, she went to LinkedIn and called out her manager, the company and even the CEO. And this is what she has received in response! The company is threatening her of legal actions and now we are confused, whether to delete the posts or to maintain our stand. Any help would be highly recommended at this point!

Initially I liked being in Amazon because of the brand value. They also provide free courses through LinkedIn which is beneficial but up to a certain limit. In my team, which is GTS under GSRC, is good when it comes to taking holidays and paid leaves. So that is good. Rest all is bad.

Salary/appraisals/promotion framework is a farce. Your connections with your SKIP level managers is what decides how much you will get and not your work/dedication/loyalty. Loyalty is zero in this company as the org will do nothing to retain you. Too much internal politics which takes out your motivation to go "Above and Beyond" which is one of their leadership principles. You are targeted for speaking up or doing the right thing. Numbers are fudged all the time which are critical business metrics but everybody just does projects to get promoted and not do any actual work. Your teammates will backstab you along with your manager. Leadership has made a habit of doing nothing and asking the L4 and L5s to create vision, do end to end projects and then give the credit for it to someone they want to grow.

Salary is good plus it's WFH so you can manage doing other tasks if you settle well with rotational shift

There's no job security and the hierarchy is shit. No one to hear your concern and they threaten to terminate you over silly reasons. The rotational shifts are too drastic and can be dangerous for health. If you're in urgent need of WFH and good salary then only go for it or else please stay away since there's no skill development, job security or anything.

senior managers need a target every year to terminate, no work ethics they do not know what KPI is and measured if 15 team members is there and all meet their targets which is productivity, no errors etc however is last in the stack is put on PIP Which is not ideal for the end user Scorecards that cannot be automated by the l4 manager is considered as a negative point and the manager is removed from the company
