Dislikes

Policy changes every week. Work life balance is zero. They want us to work on every single thing. No one there to listen to your issues. Everything is on autopilot mode. If someone is not getting any other job or is unemployed then Amazon is okay. Otherwise don't even think of joining.

It was a great company to work with till dec 2021

Dislikes

Drastic changes as management changed. Hiring people on very low wages and laying off experienced one strategically with good pay. Introducing Unrealistic benchmarks everyday , no work life balance or job security. They mold the data to throw one out of the company.

Nothing the management was so bad and so does the process. The tool AC3 Is full of @hit and they did not work to update it and we had to endure all the bugs and glitches of a tool that is in its beginning phase and helping customers of Amazon hope foreigners see this and complain to amazon

Amazon culture is good and previously it used to provide multiple opportunities for everyone.

Dislikes

Salary is stangent. Freshers salary has not increased in the last 10 years. No benefits of meals. No learning, growth opportunities
