Its all depends on how is your manager and which team you are engaged with. Your direct manager can make it or break it and firget about work life balance as maximum people work for more than 12 hrs a day and they promote this culture. HR inholvement is zero

... make or break trigger. There is no hand-off culture and no on the job training. You are expected to work for 4 as they pay you higher

The person who gets new job feels that wow I will be working at Amazon that's were mistakes happen. Were what all are your expectations will only be expectations. You will make bunch of new friends, you will be trained for work but you will never have balance of life or spending quality time with yourself or either your family.

...quality was on extreme bad condition so due to this reason I got food allergy. 4) Salary they pay is peanuts but the bonus which you earn will never be in your hands nor you will get the feelings that you have earned it. (You won't understand until you be in the role) Lots more but expressed few above.

...working as customer service associate since 4-5 years as well with no increment. You don't have incentives and bonus as well only once a year. They expect you to take 90 calls a day and breaks when they ask you to take break. You can't even take break according to your own wish. If you have no ambitions in life, this job is for you.
