Amazon has great management, they provide timely pay, a friendly environment. it's a great place to work.

Dislikes

sometimes the work pressure increases, and one does not even get time to go to the washroom. And most important thing is that there is no chance to improvement in career growth.

Good compensation plan, companies benefit and policies are good at global level.

Dislikes

Managers in India moulding these policies as per there own convenience; all the promotions are happening on the basis of favouritism ( those who are benefiting the manager by hook and crook are getting promoted) and the real talent are getting sideline. Amazon is having very strong compliance policy but again manager are breaking it to achieve their targets and getting promotion. On the other hand the real talent getting ignored & demotivated. Manager likes the employees who have no back bones and work like puppets and dislikes the employees who have their own stand and stand against the wrong things happening. They create a work culture of quite quitting for disliked employees.

Good culture and they pay for overtime during peak season

Too much of politics in the company and specially for internal job transfer, they prefer women to occupy the posts as they follow the so called "DEI" policy. And the post that I am in right now, you have to be your managers favourite to grow or from the same community.

Form Queess also not responding for salary problem and form HR also Not responding properly. To whom to contact. My salary not giving properly. Whole day was coming to company. This type of festival pick giving to employee . Form morning I m contact to both side. Know responding properly. From Both side making fraud to employee.
