Its a nice feeling when you work for Amazon. It cares for it's employees (as far as I know). The management (most of them) makes it's motives clear to their employees. Again it depends on the employee how they take it. The HR, the higher management is always available if you have any concerns related to work. Colleagues are great. It feels like home. Job security is always there when you work at Amazon. It believes in one thing: "Take care of your customers and they'll take care of you". I realized the importance of customer service and how it can serve as a backbone of any company. Thank you Amazon for all the memories.

It’s awesome to work at Amazon as we are working for the worlds richest man. And the work load here is low compared to previous company. The management and colleagues are all so matured as they understand your situation and act accordingly. The company understands their employees and helps in all the way.

No dislikes but it would be better if the salary is designed according to the years of experience an employee has.

Excellent!!! Nothing has changed since this pandemic , we are able reach our goals through virtual as well as our productivity has increased due to motivation given by our colleagues and mangers. Each of us are given chance to implement any ideas which helps whole team to improve quality which are very beneficial to us and our colleagues in amazon .

No work pressure but compensation is low due to we are working on very high end process in operational risk mining team compared to bri, we are giving 100% productivity and growth is completely depends on our strengths and weaknesses, the only thing concerns is compensation is less for our work what we are dealing in amazon

...er growth. Getting promotion is tough. No space is WTC so should do night shift. Salary is also pretty much less
