There is more politics in amazon as compared to other organization i feel. There is favouritism as well from higher authority. One needs to be part of corporate politics for achieving career growth in shorter time.

The best thing at Amazon is freedom of work style and having equal chance to speak. Managers are way too awesome and the work environment never makes you feel that you are office, it always makes you remind that Amazon is your home. I just love being Amazonian.
