Dislikes

There is no work life balance, no job security, they can terminate us anytime. Salary is not that much great, there are companies who offer more salary than Amazon when compared to the work they are providing. Company inside politics are there, VERY MUCH.

Zero work life balance. quality of work is really poor, lot of data collation on excel is done manually inspite of being an MNC. Low use of technology. If one opts to work here, pls choose very carefully because the only and only driver to work here will be your compensation.

They do not convert people from Contractual role. Even after your performance is top-notch. The company only hire at seasonal role for Max 2 years with no pay raise.
