...any does not have the scope of role at the next level. Hence, can't promote you. You may get stuck at the same salary for years if you are at earning the maximum at your level. Dedicated and high performing employees lose motivation at work and that spoils the overall experience of the employee.

If I don't have buttering skills then job is at risk MY MANAGERS "nakara" & "akmarrm" FORCED ME TO RESIGN as I have become a victim of racism. Although becoming eligible for promotion from L3 to L4 they started playing game with my career as they wanted to forward someone else and not me.
