The work life balance is good. For a customer service associate, you are never forced to do any overtime. The max overtime you may do is 1 hour post your shift.

Dislikes

The salary is too low. The annual raise that you get is peanuts. Growth wise also it is not good. 6 years working but still the salary is lower than 4 LPA

...forward for carrer growth as it has number of opportunities for Engineers too. Among all the BPO's Amazon is providing good salaries and compensation. Cafetria food is good and what I love is all the counters are available 24×7. Also the transport facility they provide is awesome and they pick up and drop the employee exactly in the front gate of home. Looking forward to re join the Amazon.

70% of employees they hire on contract. And after end of contract they only look the specific performance i.e only form one OU. I worked in 3 OU ( NA retail, SPECS, CA retail) within 5 months. I did my excellent performance in other skills. But they only count my 1 OU ( for which I was hire. NA Retail ) which was down. I think they should look after all the performance.

•no work life balance •less pay structure compared to industry specially in India. •no growth opportunities •immature staff ,poor management specially in DEL18. •no job security. •unexpected changes. • amazon only focus on customer satisfaction not on employee satisfaction.

Likes

Amazon is the best place for anyone who is starting their career. Wonderful place to work but the pay is less compared to market. You will get good perks. That is my comfort zone.

Dislikes

Shifts are a major concern and the package as well.
