Performance driven culture. No politics or minimum politics. Good salary for freshers to start. Friendly culture and colleagues.

Career progression is sluggish. One mistake and you will not be able to apply of internal Jobs and wait for few months.

Job is very good and of course it becomes challenging in this pandemic. The company is providing full support and there's no problem with the salary or any health issue as it is doings best for our health and has taken every step possible to prevent the Covid-19 infection in work space.

I actually don't like sudden change in my work routine but in this pandemic its obvious that things need to be balanced in other departments as well to maintain the smooth work flow at work, after all who doesn't want to level up their skills. :) thanks to Amazon.

Politics. No clear vision of the leaders. Product and tech team are doing no work just passing time and drawing a hefty salary. No development on the product or tech. No work life balance, working 7 days per week

...dy Jassy became the CEO. The management is making poor decision after the other. Job security is a joke and the salary is utter rubbish and garbage. The Interim managers and the tenured folks are tenured by name as they have zero idea regarding process knowledge. The company has officially lost their innovative spirit. I hope that in the near future they terminate Andy otherwise the future is not looking bright
