Work-life balance is good in Amazon.....once your office time gets over no one asks you what you're doing....you can start your work at anytime in a day within your allocated shift times but you have to make sure reaching daily Target that has for the process your in.

Dislikes

Salary structure is not great in Amazon if your joining in your earliest stage of career but if you're the one who joined Amazon after having experience in outer company and coming to Amazon with the higher pay scale then you will get to paid pretty good amount.

Except the Compensation nothing else is good,

senior managers need a target every year to terminate, no work ethics they do not know what KPI is and measured if 15 team members is there and all meet their targets which is productivity, no errors etc however is last in the stack is put on PIP Which is not ideal for the end user Scorecards that cannot be automated by the l4 manager is considered as a negative point and the manager is removed from the company

Sometimes offer flexibility but depends on the management you are under.

...t place to work but things have changed now completely. Too much work pressure. Cost cutting.

They will promise you to promote and pay you more and ask you to work on a different job role but will never pay for 12 months or so..this is happening recently not in past....no faith or trust on leadership

People, opportunity to learn and get visibility on other departments

Dislikes

Salary compensation, they trick you in terms of giving joining bonus, though once it is over it does get compensated with appraisal but in reality you will take home same for straight 3 years and then it will reduce.
