decent workspace .Its very good for freshers in terms of the campus facility it provides in here. Work culture is pretty good with good peer group. outings during weekends with lot of fun activities on Fridays. cafeteria,recreation room & Gymnasium

Salary is pretty low compared to industry standards. Majority of the projects are of Support. Lack of career growth

You wont get any appreciation even if you work day and night. They expect 200% out of you and even if you give your 200%, you won't get any appreciation because that is what is expected. If you are performing good, that is average according to them and you will always be told to raise the bar. Job security is very less. But it always depends on the team.

The office is great and you have best in industry compensation.

Worst work life balance. The managers have to ask you to work at least 10 hrs a day and the work 12. Your performance is measured against the team so if everyone is working 12 hours and you can work 8 you will always be the bottom performer. Promotions are project based so if your.projects gets halted for any reason not you own so does your promotion.
