There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

...dy Jassy became the CEO. The management is making poor decision after the other. Job security is a joke and the salary is utter rubbish and garbage. The Interim managers and the tenured folks are tenured by name as they have zero idea regarding process knowledge. The company has officially lost their innovative spirit. I hope that in the near future they terminate Andy otherwise the future is not looking bright
