The management team of this company is very innovative and leave freedom to the staff for doing won responsibility within the job . This management has very cooperative.

... pressure and they were never judge my work pressure during my annual appraisal. No any compensation has generate for employee like accommodation,staff life insurance, annual bonus etc......

Managment syatem is very bad. HR system also not good. Plz ask individual problem. emargency problems not solved. HighParshality, Work purpose salary in not satisfied. No timings, No carring, Company asking 100% work, But salary not satisfied. Asking 12 hours work Salary giving only 8 hours work No timings morning starting time 9:30am Evening leaving time ,7:30 to 10 pm under Branch wise problem not solved. Managment system earing only team leader level. Employee problem not solved. Am struggling 11 years.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that narkets reliable, high quality products. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee hiring policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

Its really tough to servive in this company due to their terms & conditions. Job is not secure here specially in sales. People does not have freedom to speak.
