Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee hiring policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

I have worked with this company for only 2yrs but the company nature company environment company employees are wonderful I'm 100% satisfied what I have in the past with this company i miss those days

Managment syatem is very bad. HR system also not good. Plz ask individual problem. emargency problems not solved. HighParshality, Work purpose salary in not satisfied. No timings, No carring, Company asking 100% work, But salary not satisfied. Asking 12 hours work Salary giving only 8 hours work No timings morning starting time 9:30am Evening leaving time ,7:30 to 10 pm under Branch wise problem not solved. Managment system earing only team leader level. Employee problem not solved. Am struggling 11 years.

Salary on time is the only thing which i like in this company.

Its really tough to servive in this company due to their terms & conditions. Job is not secure here specially in sales. People does not have freedom to speak.
