...lopment Center provides good salaries compared to most other companies in India. There are a few who pay better, but the compensation here is quite good.

Work life balance is terrible. Working culture could be improved. Amazon provides very less to no perks compared to its peers such as Microsoft/Google. Return to office is made mandatory. There is no good food in the cafeterias.

...an enjoy the life along with the work. No work pressure until you are a fresher. For the freshers this job will suites much since the initial pay is high comparing to other companies

Worst work environment and culture. Campus is huge and awesome.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Employees are treated like robots. There is absolutely no word life balance.

Sat sun should be off means an employee must get week of on sat sun. Generally they provides week off on sun mon, or mon tue, tue- wed. Rest all policies are good

Very friendly and nice going, less work pressure and also less pay even after few years. If pay is not an consideration Amazon will be best to work at
