... is good unless you get involved in serious violations of rules set by amazon. The pay is also good, they never delay paying salaries.

My Work was Non technical so even though i worked for a year in amazon my skill development was very low. You'l only get knowledge about the process you are working on, other then than one cannot get any knowledge that are required in the industry.

Lot has changed in Amazon for the past 2 years it's not the same company because growth has been stagnant lot of office politics and every quarter there will be new alignment in the teams

No job security Will give you package more than what you are expecting target based job in all domains will be on radar all the time. This is not to discourage others if you feel you can work under pressure from all direction you can grow very well.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
