Not much growth opportunities and salary is very low for experienced employees which is equivalent to a fresher getting a job for first time. Pay package is way down below here compared to what is a normal or decent pay package in market in current times. Extending work hours is necessary to meet productivity and competition is very high which eventually leads to bad team politics

vomit here, no work life balance, terrible shift timings, extreamly cut throat compitition in customer service where no matter how much good you perform all the appriciation is taken away by your manager and you are left to more tasks and more trouble..

Dislikes

absolutly nothing to like about, worst pay scale, no HR connects happen once you get enrolled, you will never see your manager let you have a leave while the business is on peak period where your mind brain and physical condition is totally hurt

One of the best company to work with with a great work culture and a great work place environment and work life balance is the best thing.

Dislikes

Pay is really average and growth is pretty slow nowadays. Also a little bit of politics.

The team managers are good. They provide help whenever needed (even if outside shift timings). The work culture is great. You're clearly told about the expectations and all the tools / support is provided. The higher authorities are also quite understanding and helpful.

Dislikes

Other guys working in different companies with same role get a better salary than me at the moment. This is the only drawback.

Earlier it was not good now it is not. Under the name of cost cutting company is giving penny to employees who work with no growth opportunities and lay-offs are happening.

Office Politics No Promotional Growth Opportunities from Any Level. Salary like Penny Too much of cost cutting and feeding international customers.
