You will end up with 25k salary with no Growth and Poor Health after 5 years of Experience in Amazon Noida as an L2 or L3 Never Join.. It's better to waste your time doing nothing instead of working at L2 or L3 in Amazon. Join only if you get L4 and above. Leadership people are Big Liars.. They only focus on their own Growth, Own Profits by doing cost cutting and take maximum output from L2 and L3

The leadership consists of professionals and a hierarchy is followed in every department. The workload is not overwhelming, it only gets stressful during the Christmas period holiday(Beginning from Halloween till New Year's Eve). You will enjoy medical benefits, a collaborative HR team, and cooperative group managers.

Dislikes

...ut on-site employees, which hinders employees from interacting among themselves. Work pressure doesn't match the salary often. Incentives to take up a temporary role aren't appealing enough.

Competitive salary and pay structure, opportunities to learn and take advantage of its diversity across regions and business lines.

In last 1 year, Amazon has changed entirely. Culture, employee concerned policies and job security has taken a huge toll. Certain teams like that if JWO and Pay has falling culture and mainly driven by few individuals rather then company policies.

Likes

- Ample projects to work upon. - High focus on process improvement. - Timely salary. - Brand Name - Relaxed leadership team (no micro-management) - Very supportive during Covid era. - Offers participation in CSR activities. - Offers free life improvement programs, in tie-ups with other companies. - Many more!

Dislikes

- Growth opportunity is kind of slow and limited. - Pay could have been better but still it's fine. - Personally, I found that HR team is not much helpful and just like a paper tiger.

Likes

Good work culture.....work from home mode......salary on time & no unnecessary deductions.....all are transparent. You need not to give 1 minute more towards the company & also, you cannot logoff 1 minute early.

Dislikes

You will always be surrounded by escalations, warning letters & you never know, you can be fired at any time. For contractual employees, they rarely convert people into permanent role though they claim conversion can happen on the basis of performance....but that's untrue.
