Not much growth opportunities and salary is very low for experienced employees which is equivalent to a fresher getting a job for first time. Pay package is way down below here compared to what is a normal or decent pay package in market in current times. Extending work hours is necessary to meet productivity and competition is very high which eventually leads to bad team politics

Lot of politics and very toxic environment no one dares to ruin their carrier in this cheap company

From manager to the package every thing is worst. The top management should look for the permanent solution on middle idiot managers..

...agues are awesome and the company provide bonus, food copouns, travel allowance. Wfh options they provide internet, chair and table compensation and various other perks

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salaryhike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and The Management PA has growth only these person sister and your girlfriend as a work they have give me training but I would work on last position and that's why I am resign not me only some peoples are resign for the this reason there is no education value and no respect the associate they have resign for some reason start on basic work for exp.(any associate work on ps level they resign some reason work start on basic exp.packing etc.)

...ture. Never felt insecure regarding my job during this covid pandemic situation. The compensation and bonus is at industry standards ....truly proud to be a part of this great organization!!

None so far...it's in fact the opposite since finding drawbacks is next to impossible
