...en if you perform and do alot more of work outside of your job responsibilities. No job security and No proper compensation as well. You might need to contact them multiple times to get your settlement money as the IT and support team is incapable to their jobs for their salary. Not sure, if the top management in the US is aware of the situation going on in India. If this continues, potential employees would never recommend Amazon as a workplace.
