Only the salary compared to other companies is "ok" not a huge difference but a very slightly better.

Dislikes

They asked us to select permanent wfh or wfo. People from different "States" selected permanent work from home after which they are now asking to move to Karnataka state only to work from home from there. Total torture and stupidity. Answer to why they are doing this is "business requirements" when asked. One more thing, if you have a bad imune system, you must not work at Amazon as you cannot seek promotion or any sought of growth or good apraisal being in Amazon as if you become sick, you will need sick leave. If you take sick leave, they call it UPL(Unplanned leave). If you take UPL, you are not even eligible for any interviews for internal promotions.

Work is nice. There is good compensation and benefits provided.

Dislikes

There is no job security and the work politics between levels and managers is very prevalent in the company. No career growth unless you stick it up the the managers and higher level. No worth being good in the company. Cheating and loyalty towards few chosen people only works.

The working culture and env us good. It is fine as long as you don't mind repetitive job

Dislikes

The compensation is minimal. There are no hikes or promotions for past 1.5 years but the workload keeps increasing without promoting to next role

The work culture here is very good. The timely concern of company towards the employees are very supportive

Compensation is less, growth is slow. It would be better if employees contribution is appreciated.

Company is good for freshers to start thier career. Adds weightage to your resume.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is average and career growth is slow.
