Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

If you want to use your spare time, then you can work here. But if you want to grow career-wise, then this school is not recommended at all. • Smart classes. • People working here are kind and good-natured.

Dislikes

• Extremely low salary. • No growth opportunities. • They will confirm you after 5 years. So you lose the salary of vacation for this whole time period. • Very high classroom strength. Sometimes more than 45.

This place could be where one could grow but some "powers" are not allowing that.

Dislikes

Management is very difficult, they micromanage everything and when you are practicing medicine as a consult, it is very difficult when management is breathing down your neck.
