The RSM. a person achieve his 100%, but in appraisal u got only 5 marks. If u do good BUTTERING of ur sr. u got good appraisal. If u talk with HR they say that they can't help talk to ur reporting boss.

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a huge problem like career growth is good but salary not good
