Everything else. Management is terrible. There's nobody looking after admin roles and you yourself have to get into getting toilets cleaned, ensuring pantry supplies etc. The work is disorganised, too much work load, too less people. The company doesn't believe in letting you have a personal life as they need you to be answerable to them 24-7, inc holiday and off days. They do not give even mandatory holidays and expect you to work 6days a week like donkeys without giving even a proper lunch or tea break.
