5s kiezen poka yoka not maintain in this company.... opretor not fallow discipline in this company. In this company talking standard is bad. In this company Training not provide by sinior staff. In this company doesn't respect to each other

Good eork environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Very bad culture so time West -Lower team are good but some responsible person not change with time.Culture are running in past 15 years same no change with new generation.

Top mangement not safe. Owner not belive on working team.Quality product not produced,Machine maintenance is very poor .Only quantity products produced in this plant.

Issue not freedom in Quality action and not standard in machining.No facilities in company. Environment is very bad .as Air Quality in shop floor

Security depends on performance. Work culture is good if you are good in your field you can handle. Management is too Good. Somewhere company's policies may disappoint you.

Due to lack of space, disturbed 5S but management pressure to maintain it.
