Lot to learn if you're early in your career. Worked here for 3 years.

Work Life Balance is a nightmare. No job security. Micro management, sometimes weekend work is assigned. If weather is not good or you're unwell, and you ask them for a WFH then they'll tell you to apply leave instead. No cab facilities. When they're asked about so low appraisals, they tell they're MNC, but when it's time to act like one. They behave like a low budget startup.

I've been working at Amantya for three years and it's been a great experience. The team. Is very skilled and the projects we work on are very good. The management is helpful and approachable.

Dislikes

I've recently moved to bangalore office and felt that there is need of more events. Leadership interaction too can be increased.
